Much is going on right now, so I decided to post my GP and career mod for fifa 18 as some people asked me to test it and so we can discuss, criticize etc....

Features:
-levelled, neutral morale for both cpu and user (you'll always see "content" morale inside players details)
- adaptive difficulty disabled
- team chemistry at a neutral value for eveyone
- matchs important (gotten rid of them) (you'll never see the press conference icon ever more)
- derby and rivals erased (should work in friendly too)
- form settings: it hasn't been possible toi set it to a standard, neutral value for everyone , because after some 10 matches the game recreates the form settings as he wants (the arrow status would come back). So by chance I found a new form value (usually it is poor, good etc and the arrows are diagonal).
Now I found out a "5" status form.
Arrows are black and top for the user and it shows a "5" status form. Cpu no arrow but the same 5 (if you add the second pad before a career match, also the second team will show black arrows)
Contrary to what I expected the game feels slow, fluid and smooth. I haven't noticed any boost yet. Probably because cpu and user are balanced on the same form status
- partially fixed the players values (need further testing)
- reduced players growth
- increased retirement age (need testing)

Also init file is based on Fidel's one and thank to his tips and bangus' I was able to further modify it.
Thanks to Pedrito that was the first to work on it and send me some career ini files to further edit
