How do we score from free kicks.. How do we read the free-kick meter? When should we press what key?

For indirect free-kicks and corners... how do we jostle for position? How do we make our players go for the ball?

For crosses, how do we aim for our players, or make our players go for the ball?

i tell u something .. this is no game for kids .. its a wonderful game but takes a hell of alot of time to get used to it until you actually start enjoying it and stop getting frustrated because you dont know sh*t.. .

I let my little 10 year old brother play it not even half way he stopped it and stayed playing WORLD CUP 2002 .. kids love that game because its so unrealistic and simple .. seems very real to them too ..

what to do when set piece

i using keyboard to play the demo...this is some guide as i know
1 = D
2 = A
3 = W

Corners
first you choose the way you want to take the corner, then select the player you want base on the 1, 2, 3. then try your best to run the player to the spot and press D and arrow key for direction

Tips:
for me easiest way to score from corner is far post and the number 3 player

Free Kick
well, i not master it but just can score in sometimes. after you adjust the angle and position, is time for you take a shot. first you press D, then you'll see a bar increasing. this is the power you use to take the free kick. it is depends on the free kick distance. if the free kick is near, you can't use too much power on it. thats why the ball will fly away from goal.

tips: you press D for the first time, then when you confirm the power you want, then press D twice until the arrow stop. it should be work. because i also don't know what the arrow mean for after you press D at the second time.

Well,I had a couple of free-kicks.I don't know yet how to score,but I'm still practising.Well,from the corner kicks it's easy to score.All you have to do is to get in front of him when the ball is heading for the penalty area.Until know I scored 6 or 7 goals from corners.And almost all of them by choosing the "Swinging to the near post":crazyboy:

When you take your corner, you need to make your player run into position, its hard due to being marked all the time. Its pretty good.

Just use shoot or lob to execute a move. :) Well it worked for me, check out the multimedia thread for my result.

i've scored some free kicks u have to pres d to release slider on the bar then u have to press d again to stop it thats how u set the power of shot and then slider begins to move back and u have to press d to stop it on the green area of the bar so if u got shot swinging and power correct and stopped on green u will hit the target but sometimes keeper saves it not like last yer good luck
