It's very easy ! Make a file "locale.ini" or "common.ini", open with Notepad and enter this line

ALLOW_DEBUG_FREE_CAM=1

Ingame you enter INSTANT REPLAY to see the effect.
The disadvantage is the missing stadium model while rendering.
