Ok I've been hearing rumors that he's the best player in Brazil right now after Robinho left to Real Madrid, is this true?

Any more info on him would be appreciated, since apparently Sevilla is very interested in signing him.

They had Baptista, playing in Brazilian NT, they have Renato playing in Brazilian NT. They have another Brazilian like Alves, who is/was in Brazil u-21

Would be not a surprise to see sevilla with more brazilians.

I've watched him play a few times last month I guess, when he was Porto bound.

Seems to be a very good player, not with many technical skills, but he has a great goal instinct, is pretty fast for his height and weight, kicks with both feet accurately (although is best foot is definitely the right), and plays simple football in order to get the ball as soon as possible on goal.

Would be a very good buy for Sevilla IMHO

He's a goal machine, 1 goal per game (average) during his career in Cruzeiro :)
I bet he'll be called up soon

I guess they want 10 million for this guy... Less than half of what we sold Baptista for. I think this is a delicious opportunity.

By the way, that would make 5 brazilians on the team. Fred, Luis Fabiano, Daniel Alves, Adriano, and Renato. Alves should be gaining citizenship anytime now though.
