Freakin number registration

The patch doesn't correct much things and i find it pretty amateur to release a game for sell with soooo many bugs..

Please release a mega patch asap..

Oh also, this patch made number registration in the spanish league totally random, the ai picks the players and their numbers automatically..it picks 23 players and leave the rest inelegible, and it gets really annoying when it leaves your best players out for the whole season..and why the feck are spanish teams only allowed to register numbers from #1 to #25?? ridiculous, and it happened in the early fm2005 versions aswell...if the s.i. fokes want people to actually buy their games instead of downloading then they should release a game bugfree or atleast playable..the way things are now, u spend your money on October but you only get the full reliable game by april when the football season is ending...lame, S.I. starting to look like E.A. : bugs and more bugs in a "full" game..

SI can make a good game, but they simply dont have enough skill to make it bug free.
As for the registration problem, yes its very annoying and it sucks. But what can you do..

Hmm dont know about that, i mean this isnt a small bug... its a freaking huge bug. This along with the Co-owned players bug in Serie A is just crap. I lost 2 of my best players because of that bug so i know what Goo Goo boy feels like right now, it just sucks.

Hope a patch is released soon.... very soon.

Dunno if this is a bug, but i hate those 15-20 mins that the AI teams dominate and always seem to score 3 goals. Happened to me 5 times, and ever since the first time it hapepened, i just know they are going to score 3 goals. And they always do. Its like the game has predicided to give them 3 goals no matter what.

I use to think like this aswell but i think i found out the problem... its the team talks. If your team is winning i always tell them not to let their performance drop or dont get careless and encoruge plays with a rating of 6 or lower and maybe just maybe tell somoene with a rating of 9-10 that i am pleased. This usuelly keeps my lead and i might just score more in the second half. It seems like if you said you are pleased at half-time your team starts to play like **** and the other team is godlike at this point.

If i am losing in the first half i will encourge the team. Also i cant really say for defence because im not that good with that either but i dont have the 15-20 domination by the cpu either.

BTW im not too happy about how the team-talk is being implemented here either, every game is not like last years CL final. So to be frank it works too often, i wouldnt mind if it worked sometimes.

the thing I hate that SI have not corrected with this new FM is that even your most skilled strikers/forwards miss one-on-ones by 'sailing the ball' over the goal (I'm sick of reading that comentary in the game)

its happen in first half or second half depends on the situation. i can net 5 goals against mediocre team like norwich in the first half. during half-time, most of my players have the rating like 8/9. when the second half start, my team totally get dominant by them and they score 2/3 goals within 10-20 minutes. my players especially defenders and goalkeeper rating will become 5/6. somehow i feel there is some bug in the team talk. it is a good idea for SI to put it into the game but it seems the feature is not good enough.

i'm in the second season now and somehow i feel those mediocre team like norwich, middlesbrough, west brom, blackburn are even harder to beat compare to the title contender team. i'm now 5th place in the table, arsenal 16th, chelsea 10th, liverpool 8th. who's topping the table? aston villa, tottenham and sunderland

I have trouble with registering players too. Why the hell is a player unregistered after injury (with Barcelona)? It's totally ridiculous. I had to play without Giuly for a month before I could register him again.

And about the teamtalk, just never really praise your team, it makes them very ****ty in the second half.

About the team talks, for me it works well like this:

comfortable lead (3 goals difference or higher) ill say im pleased or dont let the performance drop)

lead of 2 goals difference: depends, either encourage, or sometimes pleased (depends on the match itself)

1 goal difference: disappointed

equal or behind: angry, or the team's pride is at stake or something

I just played a game with real. Im behind 1-2 at halftime. I select the option the gives
"You are clueless all over the pitch" as a result of selection. I win the game 3-2. Then player come out of the blue and makes a statement that my halftime talk was what gave them the boost to win the game. lol Clueless idiots

I never choose 'disappointed' or 'angry' unless my team loses or I don't manage to get a win with a man advantage on the field.
I usually base my comments on the individual performances of the players. If the player has a 9 or 10 rating I say I'm delighted, 8 pleased, 7 well done or encourage (depending on how the player is playing) etc.

I don't understand why can't I choose my team-talk statements from the whole selection, I mean all of the statements should be available to choose from all the time. When I lose a game, I want to vent my frustration by pouring my anger upon this bunch of useless, no good, overpaid underperformers, I don't want to simply state that the result was embarrassing. I can't see why some of the options are filtered out like that, at least there should be some kind of a logic to that but it seems completely random. The same goes for the media mind games as well.

Sounds like PES4. It's so easy to put your forward through with the triangle button that to avoid high scorelines the game nerfed the shooting.

If S.I. were really working hard and giving their best to correct the game they would release a patch every day and a mega patch weekly, it's the only way to correct all the stuff...

I believe the english league is the most bugfree in the game, funny thing is this game is released worldwide, it's shocking how they always put English football ahead of every priorities..

This said, FM is still the most authentic footy game, and that's why they have the power to sell and just then fix the product..They are the best, but maybe they're being too lazy...I mean, to upgrade a game with some features and add an up-to-date database doesn't require more than a year does it...
