Found Good Training

That training looks good. The training I engineered  and which I use has pretty good results. Stats improve, but arrows fluctuate between red and green, but overall stats go up a fair bit.

I don't know how much those bars are a bearing on results, but mine a fair bit higher, but the training is more intense.

How do you guys rate it?

It looks good but its too intense for my team, my player play lots of games and will get tired fast so i dont try to have a very trying training.

this is my training schedule, it looks gruelling but cos the physical isnt too high, then it doesnt knacker players out quickly......

I use Dave's training schedule works quite well it has already put some players to his pot. ability

i've learned to ignore the green bars

i just give my players training that is related to their position, for instance my goalies have mainly agility, shot stopping, crosses, penalties and distribution whereas my strikers have shooting, heading, crosses and penalties. i throw in some physical and mental training too and it seems to work fine. To be honest though, i'm playing as Man U so i could probably still win if i turned training off all together..

My training schedule is basically Dave's one, with a few adjustments here and there, plus training on Saturday mornings and Sunday early morning.

I have made one completely myself. It works very well too:rockman: Moslty something like 15 to 20 greenbars, and only 5 down. It looks a bit like Dave's

I might a training to go with positions, which I have tried in the past and never worked, because I have looked at 'green bars'. Yet they are usually accurate, when you look at the training calculator, you see things like shooting really have no benefit. Or is there more to it than that?

i tend to read the manual every so often as some trainings have little effect...the CM manual is very usful when looking to create tactics and training as it gives most of the necessary details that you need to set it up
