I remember in the older games like fifa world cup 98 and other games you could foul the goalie and you'd get a red carrd.

it seems that you cant do this in the newer games.

i would like that to be back in fifa 2005

what do u think?

sometimes u just get really pissed at the goalie for saving your shot and need to show him whose boss.
there should also be a way to start a fight with a player in the middle of a game.

what do u think?

Yeah what pissed me was that i could never injury the keeper. And if i fouled the other keeper no booking and at times no foul even. They should bring it back in my opinion. :hump:
Yeah fighting would be fine, i guess the chances of fighting should depend in how aggressive are the players, there's such atribute as aggression in the players in FIFA games even.

I think that they a should put a bug in the game on purpose so that only if you approch the goalie at a certain angle, then you can go slide tackle him.

yea i want it back, its fun fouling the goalie if you are having a bad game. Well only if your winning and theres isnt much time left.

Yeah it annoyed me CPU keepers doing bad throws then i recover the ball then they come out of the box and beat the crap out of my player and they never get bookings when other players would get red card. Plus they never get injured, and all they seem to be the same so there's no reason to have more than 1 keeper in a team.

Yes, also there're other things that a keeper may do and get booking, such as taking too much time to do a goal kick(Guess the same for other players in other situations they have to move the ball back to play). Going forward in a penalty, like if the keeper saves a penalty twice for moving many steps forward, doesn't happen a lot but.... But in any case they should add that feature for the penalties to such happen in the game. :p

Come on guys, this is absolutely pointless. If u need to get it out of your system, play teken of something.
But i agree with controlling the keeper and making forward steps in pk's, or booking for delay.

Never, but I did see the keeper (Gonzalez) sliding down a player in his own box and was lucky to get away with a yellow card. I was at that match.

The one where Ayr should have been given advantage and scored but the ref blew his whistle and after gonzalez (another foreign hack for raith rovers) halfed chappy and got a bookin for what should have been a red card.

I've never seen such, but, when the keeper does a foul, if he deserves a booking then he should get it, which happens in real life but no in the games. Hopefully it'll happen in FIFA 2005.
