Forum Color Change

hi all i want to ask if anyone knows the best way to change the colors on my forum without messing up the whole thing. i have atached a image showing what i want to change. any help would be great

I think it looks class the way it is I don't see why you would want to change it

There should be an option in the Admin CP to change the forum colours etc.
