Form is zero!!!!

Hi, I've been a player for a little more than a month and I'm worried about the form of my players. I have zero's in every player but I play like 4 or 5 games a week with the same players. I don't know why I don't gain any ball in form in any player. HELP

if it says i need to rest, dont play them in friendlies. follow what it says you'll probably need some more players to fill in for the a-team guys that need rest

it should go up then, are you playing 10 friendlies a week?

yeah is friendlies and league mates that count

Ignore others like Cup game and friendly leagues.

Also remember players on the bench count as playing

correct. form is only affected by league matches and friendlies, as mike said
