Football Fusion?

I remember talks about a Football Fusion idea in which you could interchange data from Fifa 2004 to Total Club Manager 2004 and vice versa. If this idea is still in effect would I be able to do the following:

First off, I bought the US version of Fifa 2004 (PS2), and I'm pretty sure TCM 2004 (PS2) will not be sold in the US, so I would have to order it from the UK. Would I be able to export the data from a UK version TCM 2004 to a US version Fifa 2004? If I could, is there a Creation Center on TCM 2004 in which I could create a team/player/league and then import that info into Fifa 2004, since the Creation Center was left out of Fifa 2004?

I'm sorry if this has been mentioned before, I haven't checked these forums in awhile, any insight would be very kind. Thanks!

First off, thank you for the quick response I appreciate it!

1 more question:

I'm thinking about returning my US version of Fifa 2004 and ordering the UK version. Are both versions pretty much identical? What I mean is, will I have trouble playing online in the US using a UK version game, or will both games operate the same?
