my first decent pair were these:

Adidas Predator Manic FG

i wore the preds' studs flat so i got these for xmas:

Nike Mercurial Vapor 2 R9 Blue FG

the vapors were really light and easy on my feet but i needed boots with support so i pre-ordered these:

Adidas Predator Pulse FG

what do you guys have? :p

I want some of the Mercurial Vapor boots in red, but since my parents are paying i'm unlikely to be getting them...
my old boots are to small, so im not sure what i'm going to get, anyone got know the best ones for a budget (preferably white/red:D ).

depends on your budget actually. the old predators are great and i think the white/red manics are available for under £100. the boots owen uses are pretty good too. check Pro-Direct Soccer.

well, i had last years ones too.... and theyre pretty good.... they're comfortable enough (even though i got slightly wider feet than what it was designed for) and they look about the same as the predators (this years model more-so than last years, because this year they also got the elastic strap thing.... you gotta look really closely to tell they're not predators :p) and they're $89...... but i think you could find it cheaper if you look around ;)

they don't have the rubber rib-stuff that the predators do (you don't get the same wicked curl of the predators), the bottom plastic bit at the bottom is one piece instead of two on predators (slightly less flexibility) and they're a bit thicker material than the predators too i think... so if u can afford the $250ish for predators go for them (Y)..... otherwise Manados are IMO the best in the pricerange (Y)

Mmm, thanks for that, i saw some Predators the other day for $180 or so, so that sounds like a good price, + i got 5% of all stock at Baelettis so thats good(and they FINALLY got in the letter Y for my Reyes shirt:kader: ).

the "old" preds are dropping prices dramatically with the release of the new pulse. if you plan to get adidas boots, i suggest you wait for march. i'm pretty sure the prices will drop even more with the release of the predator pulse.

I'm using the Lunars Pred Mania's right but it's getting too tight.

I think I'll get the new pred pulse halfway through the year.

I have ADIDAS Manados' at the moment, but i really wanna buy some Mercurial Vapors' next, either in red or blue (i like the red more)

I also wanna buy some Nike Total 90's for my indoor games

I got Nike total 90's, they're sweet and realy comfy, but sometimes you feel the boot's tearing apart.
