Dude, simple. Take orginal black Adidas font made by Adriano and add in photoshop a white stroke, 3 px. Save and import

oh, sorry, i'm wrong, i saw this pic:

and looks like the holes are white, but no, the fonts has only a stroke in 3px, but, if somebody want with the white holes, here:

I do not think the holes are white, as in the detail of Veron to notice reaches the edge of the number is covering the cyan lines of the uniform

EDIT: the zero have clean hole in this picture, only have the stroke around the number:
