This Photoshop Action allows your to convert player photos from FifaManager format (tga) to FIFA (png), keeping opacity, shadow, right size and position of miniface. Written by me.

Using :
In Photoshop :
1. Open Window - Actions (if the window isn't opened)
2. Click on the arrow, select "Load Actions" and select attached file
3. Mark set "Convert" in actions list.
4. Go to File - Automate - Batch
Choose :
Set: Convert
Action: FM_toFIFA
Source: Folder
Choose: select the folder containing your FifaManager Format photos
Don't mark other 4 boxes

Destination: Folder
Choose: Select folder in which you want converted photos to be placed
Mark "Override Action "Save As" Commands"
File Naming: Document Name + Extension
Thats All. Press "Ok" and wait while transforming.
