Admitted the road to the final of both cups were very easy; FA Cup: Bournemouth, Barnsley, Newcastle, Norwich, Blackburn and Arsenal(final); CL: first in group with Betis, Dinamo Kiev, Panathinaikos then went on to Barcelona, Schalke, PSV( ) and Real Madrid(final). But still...

How do you say **** you all in Italian? That's how I felt after this match.



Sampdoria 1-3 Palermo (Serie A)
:Bow: Caracciolo and Makinwa. Great comeback after the disappointment in Parma.



Palermo 1-1 Siena (Serie A)
Inconsistency and disappoinment . Siena should have been easy meat. Grosso with an ungross free-kick equaliser.



Palermo 3-0 Halmstad (UEFA Cup)
Rested Makincciolo for Godeas (great name) and Palmiteri. Great performance really after the disappointment against Siena. Credit to the players.



UEFA Cup Draw
The draw was rigged . Valencia, Werder Bremen, Steaua and Wisla, very hard opponents considering the thin squad. Regretted not adding to the squad.

Palermo always seem to do well when controlled by the computer in my games, they were Serie A champions when i played with Lazio.

More inconsistency as examplified below:





The table after 11 games. Had to juggle FM with ToCA Race Driver 3, Zero Hour, Battlefront 2 and WE8I (:/)

4th is not bad. Trying to sign some Argies to balance the squad which has many Italians. Attacking wise, we are like Blackburn last weekend. Defensively, we are like Sunderland all season.

Started a new game with Rangers back in the SPL this time.



Lost on away goals rule. This was the most intense match I've ever witnessed im my FM playing career. At the end my whole team was forward with Klos at the halfway line putting balls back in after they were cleared. So unlucky to loose(and ironically in similar circumstances to the real Rangers today vs Villarreal).
