Whilst I'm talking about good Turkish players, this player was in my youth team at the start of the game and a bit of tutoring from Roberto Carlos and he's brilliant:



What's amazing is that neither player is even in the Turkey squad, even though they are the best Turkish players in their positions! :S

With Can it boosted his mental stats quite a lot. Technical stats shot up too, but that could've been the training too.

I dunno, Can's mental stats went up a fair bit being tutored by Wenderson and Carlos. He did pick up moves too.

I hear on the SI Forums it can also change the potential of the player as well?

Well rumour has it it's by about 3 or 4 points, nothing that huge really! :p

FM Database editor says that Sezgin Can isn't in the game at the start, so can't really test that idea unfortunately. Ilhan has -9 potential too :D

For the Besiktas one I said "do it for the supporters" and during the Barça one I told them "I want to see more from you." The turnarounds like that have happened when 4 or 5 of the players have "looked more determined." (the others "weren't listening)
