He's not a regular, yet he doesn't bitch at me. McCann and Tonge are my regulars but I do rotate a lot. Hitzlsperger is also a great option for long shots.

I'm trying to sign Lahm on unprotected or Jankulovski on free but they demand so much. I'm in negotiations for Mascherano too.

In my squad I've got problems with 4 players I just don't play them enough, De Guzman, who doesnt get any wages (I fine him everytime he's absent from training, which is atleast 1 time a week), Hitzelsperger, Aaron Lennon (look at De Guzman) and Poulsen, while he has played 7 of 11 matches.
