For the hair, try to use Ben Mee's by changing the color to black. it could work

Thanks for the suggestions mate. I'm considering on making him because i heard that he has the most assist last season in mls i think?

Well it's his 1st season in the MLS actually, and he is already 4th in the goal-scoring list, scoring 11 already in the league. A Great potential indeed.

PS: Javier Morales was the league leader is assists last season.
