Looks good, mate. I think you just need to improve the eyes area, it's a bit dark, maybe it's the eyes/brows distance? And I think you should make his eyes a bit smaller. Everything else looks perfect, nose, mouth, ears, beard.

I'd suggest Ramsey or Giroud hair.
