I need some help in editing fixtures

!st: what type of software that can be used to edit the fixtures

2nd: I heard that the fixtuers is stored in the TRM files But I don't know how to edit them

We are having exactly life like fixtures for ECP Champions League Patch.

About editing TRM Files they can be edited using Hex Editor.
