For some reason I can't import this texture. Everything else works fine, but this exact texture just makes the TE close. What's the reason?

I had it working on win 64 bit but i can't get it working on win 32 bit.

I have netframwork 4 updated, slimDX net2.0, and slimDX SDK all installed.
I got the 32 bit version of tex editor too.

The SlimDX Download page reports:

The 4.0 runtime is not available yet, but will be released in a few days.

Does anybody have an alternative link for the 4.0 Runtime?

Any solution for SlimDX,i cant opet editor,its very needed and i see many users have problem.
