So I managed to get the full game early and I'm both happy and disappointed at the same time. As a man utd supporter they have NO new faces at all, wellbeck, cleverly, smalling, jones, all still generic so that's really dissapointing especially when everton's entire 1st team have been scanned.

Apart from that though here's some changes I noticed that are better than fifa13:

  • Substitute cut scenes can now be skipped
  • Goal celebrations zoom again
  • Fighting for the ball is much more satifying and realistic (players like Fellini can really use their strength to protect the ball n hold up play)
  • Crosses have been fixed, u can now squeeze a cross in even when a defender is on you
  • You can now score more headers and volleys from crosses
  • Clever through balls if u time the button press right
  • CPU will shoot n score from distance if their long shot rating is high enough

Those are just a few things I've noticed so far. I haven't tried the career mode yet, gonna test that out today. If any1 wants to know anything else just ask I'll try to answer.

Thanks for taking questions. Probably most important for me: Last year in career mode I could play with player lock on (play as one player) and I could select time of day/weather prematch. Are both still possible?

First touch is better, you can control the ball in any direction, how well he will control it seems to depend on player rating and how accurate the ball to the player is

I played one FUT season and I guess, pace is still somekind of important. Running towards goalkeeper and pushing B is always a goal. Headers far to overpowered. Corner onto Balotelli is always a goal. And it seems that you more often suffer from injuries so you have to change players from game to game.

Edit: This is PC version.

They have actuallly made the game alot worse with the full game.
Actually unbelievable worse.

Your players are extremely slow and sluggish AI are programed faster then yours and are crazy agile unlike your players.

Passings worse

Tacklings worse, They just dodge all your tackles.

They removed the sound that they had when the ball hit the net now it makes no sound at all.

Very very bad took 3 steps forward with the demo and 12 steps back with the full game.

Just feels like 13 but your players are extremely slow.

Come one PES, Only hope for a decent footballing game now.

Folks, you need to understand something, once and for all: the full game ALWAYS has emotional engine coding. It's the emotional coding that causes the CPU play like crazy agile tackle-dodging ninjas. The demo DID NOT have this emotional coding, which is why playing games against the CPU felt even and fair. And all this is why I will be sticking with the demo; it's going to play a better, more realistic game of football for that reason alone.

BTW, if anyone would like tips on how to remove the (crazy agile tackle-dodging ninja) emotional engine coding in career mode, I can help as I was able to do that with FIFA 13. I wasn't able to remove it for exhibition games though, but it saved career mode for me at least. PM me if interested.

Some one should try it make the full game play like the demo.

If someone could do that they would be god.

I agree with feeling like the demo was a more realistic match, I was fine in exhibition on the full version but I started a career with wolves and that's when I started noticing the problems. I'm not that bothered by the gameplay it took some getting used to but the scouting is annoying as hell!

Ur constantly getting emails reporting back players who most of them are crap! You get about 6 emails every time u advance and then you have to scout each individual player to see they're stats n value. Now wen the transfer window only lasts a month and it takes scouts 3 weeks to find out value n stats jst for u 2 find the player isn't wat u were looking for u then have to either buy a crap player or go without.

You might think you can scout players in advance before windows open but nope I tried this just to find that the reports expired! Career mode is now more stress than fun. I imagine if ur managing a big club it wouldn't be so difficult but I like to start with small teams and work my way up
