im about 500... i have 2 easy league games coming up though so i might get near the top 100 again:)

You can look at it as numbers. Let's say your player has 3 in play intelligence. The other part you don't see is that he maybe has 3.54 or 3.01 or 3.98 balls. Meaning he will get the 4th ball sooner or later (according to his talent, which is another hidden skill, and the coach that's training him). Those 0.54 or 54%, 0.01 or 1% and 0.98 or 98% are the so called "partial balls".
