I'm loving FM07's realism. I got promoted with Brighton (check screenshot showoff) but we're £1m in debt. Despite me maintaining that we are gonna be fine, my chariman has stepped in and accepted two LAME offers for players.

I now have no DMC or MC - crap.

Infact, i'll be going into the Championship having lost seven players, and gaining six 15-year-olds

Anyone had similar experiences?

yep I was managing deportivo la coruna.. you know they're in an outstanding debt and I cleared some by offloading Coloccini to Milan for 20M.. bought marcelo for 12,5M $ for future sales, and Daniel Carvalho for something like 8M, again for future purposes.. Loaned Julio Ricardo Cruz and Deisler till the end of first season.. managed to finish 5th in the firs season..


second season, started with loaning Athirson and Ricken.. Bought Veron and crappy crappy crappy Del Bono and Borriello on free transfers. I thought my forward was safe, till I saw myself 13th at the winterbreak.. I said well, and I'm hardly hanging on and I was in need of a striker.. since I had no sufficient wage bugdet, I was allowed to offer 110.000$ to Ronaldo who whould save my arse till the end of season, maybe the next.. the board changed hands during these days and 43M injected to club, which ended up with 4M in green colour =)).. I said great, then extend my wage budget, they said no, I gave an ultimatum, and they asked me to clear my desk.. =))

missed couple of great great great free transfers that way..

now they hired javier iruretagoyena, and I went to real betis balompie.. now I'll enjoy kicking some galician ass.. It'd be much better if I werent a huge fan of depor

haha tom! Update on the hartelpool game.

Got rid of loads of players on the cheap, some guy was trying to claim compensation from me! Wanted 2.7k per week till 2012 if he took a wage cut to join sc*nthorpe! Just survived the season, looking at making a few ammendments to the squad for next season!

ps. Signed super galbraith on a season long loan!
