I have a selection of kits for international teams that I have downloaded over the last few months, I am looking to overwrite Rest of the World teams and the Korean league.

What files do I need to back up before I start this as I am not sure how far I can get before it crashes.

Previously I have kept the data file, this takes a long time to back up and takes up a lot of space, so I was wondering if there were any more specific files that I need to back up.

Additionally, Is there anywhere where I can get a Jamaica kit?

I don't want to download anybody elses patch because they, in general overwrite other International Teams. If anybidy knows of one that doesn't please let me know.
