My opinion:
1.Face doesn't looks like him,looks a bit like asian
2.Hair is nothing special
3.Bad ears/neck textures,also bad ears/neck model,in profile too
4.Not good headform
5.In profile doesn't looks like him

Me and Sebbe will post ours somewhere tonight maybe or tomorrow,so you can see what to improve on your face
Post the ori picture for more advice ...

it does not look like him =/ but i do not know why,on side it really does not look like him,it looks fat from there,i liked front hair,neck is too thin.show profile from oedit too.
