It should work also in English language but without adding callnames, of course...
But make sure to do a backup of audio.big in data\audio before trying to install the patch. If there are some problems with commentary, just restore the backup of the audio.big

There could be several reasons... did you install all the updates and/or the Fix also?
Are you sure to have installed the superpatch onto a fresh fifa installation?

I tried another time. I installed the superpatch first than FIFA10, it worked! Than I started to play the worldcup game than it crashed! I tried again to open FIFA10 than it crashed again!! What should I do? Thanks!!

No, you have to install these things in this order:
1) FIFA 10
2) Fifamania Superpatch 10
3) Crash-Fix you find here
