It's slow if compared to fifafs because it is made with visual basic, not C language. However to me it works perfectly in few seconds. Maybe it's slow to you because you have few RAM, I dunno...

Copy fifafs.exe to Cwindows\system32
then
Start Menu -> Run -> "fifafs -fix $dir_fifa09demo$data"

Thanks man, but I have to share your congratulations with all the people I work with. In this case you have to give the most amount of congratulations to Krystian82 and his wonderful job. The fifaweb is full of good programmers but sometimes people forget it
