Have you tried editing the line sliders ?
Pushing the CBs forward and congesting the midfield ?
I get the 5 star clubs to achieve 74%-78% using sliders.
You have to cram the midfield to get lower passing accuracy percentages.
I have edited the formation (for now i won't use slider settings, because i cannot make it automatic with gameplayzer and i can't set those for every teams) in order to congesting the midfield.
I set a y value in formation like this:
0.30 central backs
0.40 defensive midfielder
0.50 midfielder
0.60 offensive midfielder
0.70 forwards
This setting has a pro and a contro:
PRO: more density into the pitch. The AI has more choice to pass the ball to the player and play differently according the situation =
more imprevedibility.
PRO: players are one near to other, so is simple to them to approach the other player and steal the ball =
more fouls.
PRO: there is more space between the last defender and goalkeeper is the mentality is normal =
more counterattacks. if human or cpu switch mentality to defensive the space is reduced.
CONTRO: more density in the pitch and is simple to pass the ball, my players doesn't do more aggressive interception so the pass rate accuracy is pretty high, near 85% =
more pass accuracy.
CONTRO:moredensity in the pitch and the cpu plays short pass instead long passing, making long pass unuseful. This is wrong because in reality teams use more long passing. =
less long pass.
So in the end i have 3 pro and 2 contro.
But i don't like to have high pass accuracy.
Now. Gameplayzer give me the opportunity to make changes to db easier and in a batch manner, so i don't have to do this manually.
I'm thinking to do some edits like bangus suggested in the thread about line slider, adapting those suggestion of formations... so i read the formation (eg 4-4-2) and edit the y value accordingly. I will write what i'll obtain with that settings.
