no gold cup. It merged to 16 teams copa America because compdata line is full

released new 6.0, I am impossible to test all leagues but at least to my knowlegde no general bug.

Well, first analysis done. I prefer to explain things before starting so that users are aware of what a mod addition like this would imply.

Replaced teams and Leagues (first part, mostly all slots founds):

!! all tournaments only available on tournament mode!!

- Irish league removed, top clubs kept in Rest of World for European Cups .
- Polish league removed and Polish Cup removed, top clubs kept in Rest of World idem.
- Indian league removed, top clubs kept in Rest of World for AFC Champions Cup.
- Saudi league removed, idem.
- German 3 Liga removed, a few clubs kept in Rest of World for their value (Duisburg, 1860 Munchen,..). German Cup reduced without those replaced clubs, German League Cup removed (compdata space)
- France Ligue 2 removed, a few clubs kept in Rest of World too, French cup reduced with the remaining Ligue 1 and 2 clubs, French League Cup removed (compdata space).

If one or another league must be removed the same way, the next ones will be Norway and Korea Republic league (with same top clubs kept in Rest of World)

That makes almost all needed spots for the missing teams.

Second, it's impossible to fit all teams in "International League", so:

- Irish League become "CAF National Teams", linked to international.
- Polish League become "Concacaf National Teams", linked to international.
- Indian League become "AFC National Teams", linked to international.
- Saudi League become "OFC National Teams", linked to international.
- International League become "UEFA and Conmebol National Teams".

Since it's only for tournament mode, it has no matter if the national teams are splitted.

Third, new tournaments:

- RTWC Complete UEFA, Conmebol, Concacaf, reduced AFC, OFC and CAF.
- RTWC Complete CAF, AFC, OFC, reduced Concacaf, UEFA and AFC.
- Road to Euro Cup complete.

How do teams qualify for the Euro? I don't see qualifications to Euro and we have 36 teams.
