Fifa2005 gameplay

I would like to customize Fifa2005 gameplay, particularly I would like to increase referee stricness (for direct red card on tackling fouls from behind), to reduce cross assistance and to eliminate the reduction of the moral one after having suffered a gol... how can I do? please help me!

I had seen there few days ago (last post is mine), but locale.ini don't works...
I think I would change some values in config.dat or/and ini.big or/and ai.big in zdata_16.big, but I don't know what and where! ...in one or more of that files? ...in what file?
perhaps the values are:

REFEREE_STRICTNESS = 2 (instead of 0)
REFCALL_NO_FOUL = 0 (0)
FOUL_STUMBLE_CHANCE = 35 (30)
CLEAN_STUMBLE_CHANCE = 65 (70)

POOR_TACKLING_FOUL_BEHIND_CHANCE=100 (100)
POOR_TACKLING_FOUL_SIDE_CHANCE=85 (70)
AVERAGE_TACKLING_FOUL_BEHIND_CHANCE=95 (80)
AVERAGE_TACKLING_FOUL_SIDE_CHANCE=75 (60)
GOOD_TACKLING_FOUL_BEHIND_CHANCE=85 (60)
GOOD_TACKLING_FOUL_SIDE_CHANCE=65 (40)
VERY_GOOD_TACKLING_FOUL_BEHIND_CHANCE=80 (40)

...but I don't know what values I must change to eliminate the reduction of the moral one after having suffered a goal!!!
I would like to have the same chance for goal even if I was suffered one or more goals!

Create a file in notepad with those things in, save it as common.ini and place it in the FIFA2005 folder, that's all there is to it.
