I thnk you must edit/overwrite/traslate language strings in one of the existing/working language db (locale.big).
But i think that isn't an easy work and take more time.
Also I think that you must work on a language databese that you understand.
You must traslate all language strings.

It won't show any "windows" to me aswell.Hold click the button and it will say the optimizer enabled or something like that! It's normal!

Man!Played 3 match with the mod! Sadly,I lost 3 out of 3!Even at Semi-Pro level!I am really terrible at this game :/ . Sorry have to restore to original one. Not because your gameplay changes bad,It's my skills!

u should develop a tool for this insane untra fast game speed in fifa 13
even with slow settings the gameplay is too fast
is there any possibility to lower the game speed more and give the user more soeed options like the 5 values available in pes 2 , 1 , 0 , -1 . -2

thanks for the suggestion mate , i already know about it but it's little buggy as it works by loader method with the CheatEngine , safer method would be by editing the built-in gameplay speed values

i've played Man United versus West Brom on World Class with Custom Tactics. I've won 3:1.

Everything is ok, but the defence is not aggresive. Thats my only complaint.

Fidel is it possible to increase highlights? Sometimes on the break and at the end of the match I see absurd highlights like only failed cross etc, while dangerous/close shots/actions are ignored.

To do this someone needs real skills. I actually tried to change speed value like you suggest using the same CheatEngine. I found the memory address which swtiches 0 1 2 when you change speed setting slow/normal/fast. Putting any other values into it has no effect. You can not edit gameplay speed values. It is not open in resource files by EA. In fact, they closed even more keys in fifa13.

FEATURES/INFO
After installing this mod your FIFA 13 are able to read all existing FIFA 13 EA audio commentary.
Your game are converted to support MULTI 18 language audio COMMENTARY.

New audio commentary are not included in this mod, you have to download them separately.

This patch isn't needed for who have FIFA 13 MULTI 12, for the owners of this version just download and install new commentary language pack by adding relatives audio language files in Game folder (big and bh)
Certain audio language require the manual editing in locale.ini for enable new commentary in game menù (example: swe, ara, jpn, and kor).

All the other FIFA 13 version aren't able to recognize new audio language. ( Ex.: multi 5, 6, etc, and some preload version with multi zero audio commentary, bug from EA, incredible!!!)

Now your game are able to read all audio commentary available for FIFA 13 (MULTI 17+1).
Audio language that are now possible to enable into your FIFA 13:

Search on google and download favorited audio commentary from relative contry related forums or everyone open one thread on sg forum for all audio commentary sharing, I think is a nice idea!

Italian audio is available online (some italy forums, blogs), check with google.

DOWNLOAD HERE FIFA 13 TOTAL COMMENTARY MOD - shared folder
(browse folders and download, also I add here some txt with more info, and download links to external audio language uploaders)

INSTALLATION
Backup interested files: data7.big and bh
Copy new data7.big and data7.bh to your \Game folder and overwrite original files.
Go to download your favorited audio commentary, and now your fifa 13 is ready to read!

Uninstall by restoring original files.

Enjoy!

TIPS:
Trasform MULTI 17 to Multi 18 is possible:
ara,sa is possible to add to all fifa 13 version outside arabic region, this is possible by copy the following files/folders into \Game folder:
audiodata\speechdata\loadfile_ara_sa.xml
audiodata\speechdata\ara_sa\all files
and naturally the two files ara_sa.big and bh

edit locale.ini by adding ara,sa on any of AVAILABLE_COMMENTARY_LANG_X strings
the same is with text language, locale.big is universal (contain all text language) but you can unlock and make selectable by mod locale.ini, the editing is quite intuitive).

grab all the files from arabic fifa 13 version (data7.big), aslo check locale.ini in this version.

How I've discovered today?
I'm working on GP EVO GAMEPLAY DATABASE and is amost ready (soon all news and beta test)!

How to convert database patch into EA roster file (use the game!).

Please read now here this tutorial:
Instal and enable modded database into the game files
start the game, at game start, load profile, when pop out the message damaged rosters, click cancel (don't delete actual rosters)
go to rosters or players and check if the new database is active (check difference, etc)
now go to options, save rosters, put name (I've renamed GP EVO DATABASE) and save.
Now the game has converted the new modded database into a saved roster file into profile folder. This is the key!
Exit from game.
Delete new modded database folder. Regenerate data0.bh.
Start game. Game start with original dabasase (physical in data0.big).
Now game load automatically new modded database from saved file (fifa13 profile folder).
Now you have the possibility to load old careers/tournaments and these work.
Now you have the possibility to start a new career with modded db (rosters file are loaded).
Now you have the possibility to play match day (click offline - Y) with modded db.
Now you have the possibility to play an online match (fifa update automatically rosters)

In this way you can have all the databases you want into the game, when you need just load from game menù.
Install a new database into the game only the first time, start game, save rosters file, put name (the name of the database or modder), close game, uninstall modded db, start game, load the rosters file you want and play the game in full complete freedom.

Remember that you can have all the databases you want, when you need just load.

Hi Fidel.

I have a problem with TOTAL AUDIO COMMENTARY MOD.

I see lots of audio language files in Game folder (big and bh) but I can't choose only english, mexican or french audio commentary in Fifa 13 menu/settings.

I've downloaded new data7.big and data7.bh, regenerate, but no change...
