Yep + 1 to the optional haircolor for Menez - it is not hard for you to make a blondy version and for us it would be one more additional feature to a great work ;)

Nope. The expression on Shifty*nim's version is better- It is more accurate. But i agree with the advice that Mario should be even more slim - like a bad experienced smoker (if you understand what i mean). And the view should be a little more angry (move the brows a little lower and rotate the angle a bit inside). And don't forget to make big wide ears - that's his individual feature.
