i'm already downloaded it,but after regenerating it's not working when i check in CM 12,oh sorry i mean i want Juventus adboards

You can also import rx3 files manually with CM12. And I'm not planning on doing Juve adboards, plus I'm pretty sure someone already made them.

master D, you wouldn't happen to know where I could get the textures from the Libertadores version of the Nike Seitiro? I know a lot of people released them for that arcade game made by Konami? Or in alternative, could you suggest me a program to extract the textures so I could convert them for fifa 12?

For PES files, as they are .bin you can use GGS (Game Graphic Studio) and you can use that to extract textures

I miss terribly these older balls in FIFA 12.. :-(
