Well, I finally found a way to fix gray hairs, but I think that was the only one with that problem haha, so if some one is interesed I'll post the awnser here, if everybody already know how to fix it before me so I'm sorry for the reply haha

I have an interesting "error" or mistake?!
I choose the "CFF to RX3" convert button, then I can just choose RX3 file??

When you're transforming cff into rx.3 you should have in a folder with cff file also file rx.3.
You took cff and export head model from it into rx.3 file so just take head.xxx.rx3 from du_oro10 head model and put it together with Working file.cff.
At first you should choose open head.xxx.rx3 and then open cff and all files will be imported.

Need two files !!!

Well I'v been receiving many questions about how to import models generated with v3.3 model set into blender.

First of all and most important, I don't use blender, even I have not installed it in my system, and for me is so difficult to learn a whole new interface like blender couse I'm comfortable with 3DS Max even with Rhino, so my knowledge in blender is infinitesimal.

Second, I'v seen that many of you blender users are trying to morph in 3DS max first and then export as .cff and then import .cff into blender. If this is the case, in model v3.3 THERE IS NOTHING TO MORPH so you can do without 3DS Max step and import the FaceGen generated .obj directly into Blender and work on it.

Plz guys, I'm on a research to see if the morph step can be skiped (all in FIFA11 system) so I let you know about it later.

wow :D I'm really impressed once more, my friend :) I've been away from this tthread for a bit and it seems I've missed all the fun heh :D
I got an idea considering that the new version has Fifa 12 geometry: What if we could do something a little like the morphing of 3ds using facegen's tween options? Why would we? Well, cause that we we could get the Fifa 11 models closer to actually integrating properly in Fifa 12, or make the fifa 12 available model resemble the look of the face we're trying to import.

Could work...

Does anybody have a VPro Gameface file they could upload? Cause It seems that the VPro face is probably a bin file, so if we could get to analyze that maybe we could get a better chance of a working conversion method. Maybe tools used for PES (like graphic studio - I think that's the name of it) could provide more ideas (if it turns out the vpro face file is indeed a bin file)
Just a thought though heh

Everyone who has the same problem as I - can't edit models in Blender problem is solved !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 Step - Enter in Blender and delete two geometric shapes square and pyramid.
2 Step - Than import your obj file.
3 Step - Than choose at tab (at left up corner in Blender) "Add Armature" you can see there appear a little arrow.
4 Step - You should choose this arrow (just click right button of your mouse at this arrow) and than you should choose your model - just click right button of your mouse at your head model and choose edit mode in tab view and edit your head model and than save as obj file and that's all.

By other side, at least to me in FIFA11 model set, I found that is not needed to morph, with simply replace FaceUV1 meshes from .cff with the facegen generated and renaming it as FaceUV1 it works, but you try with your own FaceGen generated models and see if it works

I have a quick question for you, mate:
Did you use 3d ripper DX on the "edit player" window in Fifa 12? You had to delete a lot of drawcalls before exporting the head model, right?
