for me, the problem is not your models, but this facegen couldnt make any shape perfectly..
but we have blender to doing this..
the main problem is only the converter..

nobody make a converter for FIFA 12 models when every facemaker release terribile generic models with new textures. STOP THIS FACEMAKING ! Wait for converter and make quality work.

Nevertheless, I still working in order to improve the model, but I don't think your results are so "horrible" please post some screens that let me see that "big" differences, cause all faces I have generated with this method are really the same thing in FaceGen, 3DS Max and in game.
Just for finish my comment, FIFA game also uses other textures like normal maps, bumps and glossyness & specular maps that can really make the differences between in game and tools view

Here are some screens that show difference between FG, 3dsMax and in game screen. I used for this face v. 1.2.1 (coordinations Scale: 0.097560 Rotation X: 0.0000, Y: 17.2010, Z: -90.0000 Translation X: -12.0000, Y: 184.100006, Z: -1.0000)

Perspective view

Orthographic view

As you can see there is some difference between faces in editors and in game (especially at jaw, forehead, cheeks and cheekbones area) and about this I was talking.

Look I knwo what is the problem, and is not the tool, a FIFA 11 model is different to FIFA 12 model not just in geometry and position, but also in some other facts depending of the first, like morphs animations, thats why the lips allways distor when you import a FIFA11 model into FIFA12, that differences that you see are due to animation morphing, and also as I see in your 3DS Max screen, you are rendering in Perspective view and not in Ortographic view, that caouses also visible differences

Thank you very much du_oro10 for your advice, I know about animation between FIFA 11 and FIFA 12 and about eyes and lips. But only now I understood maybe "moving lips" cause so difference at jaw are and underlip area and that's just FIFA 12 problem.
I've got some questions, I've been looking through your last tutorial at youtube and there you've used coordinates for export with
six zeros
Rotation X: 0.000000, Y: 17.201000, Z: -90.000000 Translation X: -12.000000 Y: 184.100006, Z: -1.000000
but at you last v.1.2.1 model readme.txt file there are coordinates with
four zeros
Rotation X: 0.0000, Y: 17.2010, Z: -90.0000 Translation X: -12.0000, Y: 184.100006, Z: -1.0000)
Is it right to us while exporting coordinate system with four zeros (as it written in read me like in model v.1.2.1) or use coordinates with six zeros such as I saw at you youtube video tutorial or there is no difference between four and six zeros?

And for better viewing is better Orthographic view?

AND BIG THANK'S TO YOU FOR YOUR GREAT WORK BECAUSE only your model gave me a chance to make faces for FIFA, I wanted to do it but could not use Blender very well to make a real great face and only your model helped me in face modeling.
THANK'S for your model it's really very helpful for all FIFA moders.

Well, about the first question, it doesn't matter if the coordinates have 4 or 6 zeros cause there are at left of the decimal.

And about the second question, Ortoghraphic vierw is the camera type used by the game, so if you want the same result between FG and in game, use this camera type

du_oro in es editing model there is a script that take the face in cff and rotate and edit it to merge the fifa face without to do manual rotation and so on, do you think you're able to do something similar?

First, be sure you are working in FIFA 11-12 Faces model set and not Default facegen, then make sure that in Change polys menu you have all parts in left side

I open the FaceGen 3.5 and does not appear anything, I tried the 3.1 and nothing, just shows the eye and the glasses.

i´m use win 7 64 bits

I use the same system and al works fine, if you have FaceGen 3.5 you need to copy the csam FIFA 11-12 Faces into C:/USER/AppData/Roaming/FaceGen7Modeller3/ModelSets folder
