Hey darxxx Im sorry but I dont know how to install this ball.

I always installed balls using Fifa Editor, always with .rx3 files.

This file is .cmp and I've read the tutorial, but I couldnt understand it wel..

Obs: My CM's version is 5.

First of all, I think you need at least version 6.2 (or 6.3) of CM, which already has the function of importing cmp files. Once you'll install a newer version (you can leave the version you have now, just install the new CM in a different folder) you will have an option in the cascade menu "Patch". Just click Patch/Load/Open ... (search for the cmp) ... Import:) hope that helps.

You're right, I took a closer look later and it's s slight modified version the of Jabulani model:) I gave it a try and this is how the mock-up version looks like:
