I have the same problem it's not only Beckerman. It's Zusi ect and all the players with long hair, they don't appear "bald" but rather with short hair. Anyone has a solution?

Firts you have to open CM than you have to choose some player with similar hair export 3D hair model to your computer in your computer you have to open hairlod folder and rename hairlod for exemple hairlod_ID player_0_0.rx3 and now you have to copy and paste that hairlod file in your fifa 14 hairlod folder

Just use the Game hairlod for player.
thats mean install the face package without hairlod files, the hairlod files in game.

It do work with me and solved the problem.

if you already install and regenerate use the method you mentioned
if you don't regenerate just copy without hairlod, and that's all.
to install the faces without regenerating the game , Revolution Mode 14 must be installed.

game crashing after importing these faces

have no idea why it's happening to you. may be you should regenerate FIFA, may be you have install smth wrong and it makes crashes. nobody haven't problems with importing this faces in game. if you still have problems PM me.
about hairlod. ir seems like Revolution mod can't read those hairlod files. the solution is using similar hairlod file. you can extract it from FIFA or use it from another facemakers.
about extracting the rest of stuff - at evening I'll try to do that.

but textures looks good after decompressing... shit shit shit... need spend a time for that again...

They are already decompressed and working ingame. We can open all the files with the File Explorer without that weird colours from the X360 version.
