Fifa Wcp Germany Problem

i bought fifa worldcup germany on pc DVD....everything is fine but game runs too fast...even on slow settings and speed....player runs too fast....any idea???...and how can i make this damn speed slow.

I got same problem and i´ve tried nearly everything to fix it...it something about my nVIDIA card on my laptop..so i would also love to hear a solution..if there is one :nape:
