FIFA Not Generating My Created Players Miniface

I thought I'd just uninstall FIFA 15 completely, which I did, and see if the problem persists... it did I have no idea why this is happening.

Anyways this is my setup.

Clean FIFA 15. Then I proceed to install the BCP patch ( with the Revolution Mod15) only selecting the following to isntall : Career Revolution Path 15 with.... Fewer top palyer movements and checking the reveal all player attributes tab ( i do not installt he edited dabatase or the gameplaypatch or the editor)

I also use Fidels 2.1 Gameplay patch, just the cl file.

And thats about it.

What shocked me the most was that even after I reinstalled FIFA, and started it up, completely vanilla, the problem persisted ....

All players look like this now, who were previously generated

This is IMPOSSIBLE.

If you delete all your FIFA 15 files, download from Origin and play the vanilla game, no mods added, your players will have mini faces.

You are not communicating all the facts here. Something is missing and it's smelling like crack to me.

Did you delete you FIFA docs folder? Did you clear out your Origin folder and download the game in its entirety from Origin?

I deleted my docs. I didn't clear out my Origin folder though but wouldn't it automatically disappear after the uninstall?

Not sure what you mean here. If Origin detects a FIFA 15 folder, it will download/update that. Rename your FIFA 15 folder FIFA 15x or whatever, then download the game again from Origin.

I removed the FIFA 15 folder from Origin, ( which is basically teh same as clicking uninstall from Origin )

Currently downloading from Origin

unfortunately the problem persists this is now the 4th time Ive done a clean install. I have literally no idea why I have this bug.

Re-reading your posts, I'm trying to figure out what you consider a clean install. In your first post, you say you have a clean install along with some patch and revolution mod. Well that is not a clean install. A clean install means no mods. Before downloading, you delete all folders files and mods associated with the game. There should be no FIFA 15 folder in your Documents folder, there should be no FIFA 15 folder in your Origin folder, there should be no mods or mod folders in either folder.

Then, after downloading the game from Origin, you need to test it before adding any mods. You start it up, and check to make sure player mini faces are visible. If you have done all of the above you will see mini faces in the default unmodded game. That's your clean install. And you always backup those unmodded files before adding mods, that's Editing 101.

Just to clarify, there was no mod folders, or FIFA folders in Origin or Documents. I did a complete clean install. Same issue. Right now I'm completely on vanilla, 0 mods. 0 folders with mods, etc etc.

Sounds to me like you used an installer to install someone's mod, but you didn't completely uninstall and remove all the files before downloading from Origin. Somehow, your default FIFA 15 files are auto-linking to those installed files that you never properly removed. Example: When you install rinaldo's tools, they are installed in their own setup folder. To clear off rinaldo's tools completely, you would have to uninstall the tools, then locate and delete his installed Fifa Master folder. Just one possibility but you could be right as well of course.

Eh I think you're right.
I mean I did the best I could to remove all the mods and their corresponding folders but I doubt I took them all out. At this point im thinking it's like looking for a needle in a haystack. I mean the only mods I really ever used were : Better Career Patch, Revolution Mod, Fidels Gameplay Patch

I was also thinking, what if I reinstalled into a completely different directory? Meaning not a C: drive but maybe an alternate drive? That way the moded finals which I cant locate, wont know where to go and therfore could get my gam erunning again the way I want it to?

Good idea. My second drive (D) is almost the same size as my main C drive. I install as many games as I can on D to save space on C, all my PES games that aren't Steam-activated are installed on D. Just not sure if Origin gives you the option to install on a different drive other than C, some programs don't allow you to choose, they only default to C.

Origin does give you the option to install to different drives.

Anyways, amazingly enough.... this did NOT solve the problem

I'm at a loss of words. Really. This is terrible hahah

In a shocking new twist...

I installed FIFA 15 on an entirely different computer , fresh OS etc etc.

There are no mini faces for lower ranked players either. Therefore this means that this is some huge FIFA bug that nobody has noticed and I've been chasing this like a mad man for no reason?

update : Just watched somebodys career mode on PC on youtube, and they also had the blank mini face problem so this leads to the conclusion that : a)Nobody has noticed that EA took out the generated faces b)this could only be on the pc version c) why the $%$ would they get rid of this feature

FIFA has never had very many mini faces for lower teams, sometimes only half the players on a team will have them.

Every year, one of the first things I do is delete the mini face files so that NO players in my game have them. That way it's the same for all players. Plus I don't have to worry about making faces for all the players who don't have them. AND I can then edit any player to look like anything I choose, there is no mini face to tell me what they actually look like in real life.
