I consider Pacific Games on the same level as Pan Ameircan Games, African Games, Asian Games or Arab Games - a completely different branch of multisport tournaments, where football is only one of the disciplines.
It is football played not under the aegis of FIFA (or regional federations), not even something friendly like Baltic Cup, but of the IOC (or regional federations) like the Olympics.
If I had to consider them, I would have had taken care of all the other competitions, but as we all know, football teams sent for these competitions are completely different to what we usually see.
Squads are different, but also kits.

It's rather a topic for another mod.
Going back to Tuvalu...
Tuvalu is a member of OFC. In theory, in 2024 we should expect the next OFC Nations Cup, since the 2020 edition was cancelled. Tuvalu can participate in it; if they declare it, I'm gonna add Tuvalu.

Thanks for the mod
You could add teams that are not in FIFA, such as Monaco, Vatican City, Zanzibar, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, Nauru, Kiribati, without mentioning Tuvalu that you mentioned earlier, maybe it's just a suggestion, maybe if There already exists some in the mod that mentions me, I apologize.
I would like them to be included in the mod directly, I don't know if there could be even more selections outside of those mentioned

You ask for national teams from countries/region who don't play in FIFA-recognized competitions, some of them haven't played for 5, 10 or even 30 years. Nauru isn't even classified in ELO rankings

Marshall Islands didn't even have a national team until 2023. Time will tell, what is gonna be their next move
But as of December 2023, I see no way to add these teams.

By the huge amount of NT I would prefer separate leagues
But in general I would prefer the solution with less crashes
Generally anthems would be a nice feature
But I am not sure if game can handle such amount of teams in international

It definitely handle 199 teams from 2014 WC mod, so that's why I ask

Totally you have 211?
I mean it’s a matter of priority
Either you want anthems as specific feature for still more realism or you prefer to have quicker team selection
If you ask me I would vote for categorization of teams

Use only those international
For example France has burdeos, auxerre and for me they Will never be used.
Add the ones that are international.
Add the usa stadiums for copa América , the german stadiums for euro, if there are the ones for caf nations cup and afc cup etc etc

I'm writing, because robmar announced his retirement.
Good for him, but now I'm kinda screwed.
He was the only kit maker to make new kits for national teams on regular basis.
Without him, I resort to you.
Is anyone willing to make national teams kits or is someone already doing it?
