Open FIFA 14 banner.rx3 and import new image, but "apply" button not working. With FIFA 13 .rx3 "apply" working fine.

no, it doesnt. File Explorer supports FIFA14 full game only.

On demo doesn't work, but who has Pre-Loaded or "bought" the game from internet can open.

Ehy Jenkey, if FIFA13 rx3 are not going to work in FIFA 14, you should think about a "FIFA 13 to FIFA 14 rx3 format batch converter": you choose a folder with rx3 FIFA 13 files, you choose an output folder, you click on "CONVERT" and the program put the FIFA 14 rx3 files format in the output folder
