First of all: Sorry my bad English.
$chwenker! I'm a hungarian stadium maker and I have a question.
Last year, you let a "stadium conversion tutorial" (From-Rhino to FIFA).
My question: This year, are you engineering a conversion tutorial, too? ( I hope clear

New member - new website!
We have two pleasant news for you today!
The first one: We have a new member! It's "Dusya" from Ukraine. Welcome to ECP
Dusya already built many stadiums for FIFA 06, from all over the world. All those will be released for FIFA 07, too, and of course he will build other new stadiums!
The second good news is about our web appearance. We're about to create a new website. There won't be only a change in layout but also a big change in content! We'll have a new news system, a "real" download centre, many new sections (eg. a section where it's explained how to build and convert stadiums) etc etc.
And if nothing supervenes, there will be another BIG (!) surprise for you ... so stay tuned

Did they give you proper credit in the release or did they just steal it and publish it under their name? There is a huge difference between these scenarios, imho.
However, in this case you are absolutely right, I recall the past problem with them in Fifa06 and I agree, they should have known better this time. Maybe they could have asked ECP the permission to release the stadium on SGN some timeafter it appeared on your site, or a link to it, or maybe feature it in a Turkish patch but with your approval of course...
Anyway what I mean there was maybe room for negotiations, of course you have those you ask to use their material in your patch and give a blatant no without explanation, but those are a minority of course... Ah well, I hope this has no repercussions on the general Fifa player, as they can't be held responsible for the stubborn acting of the Turkish site.

Well all our files have to a license text where it says that the files most not be published anywhere else than on FIFA ECP, unless its creator gave permission.
They just released the files WITHOUT permission, without even asking. In 06, and twice in 07.
We can't accept that. Not at all.

Yes I agree, then they're guilty, especialy since they did it before, you can make a mistake once, but twice? I fear this will not be resolved easily though Schwenker, as they deleted your post on their forums showing their intention of not complying to your request at all.
I feel sorry for the rightfull authors of the stadiums, and I hope that despite everything this can be worked out and offer a solution for everyone involved.

I think I understood ... but obviously you didn't understand at all!
It's not about just giving credits and then you are allowed to release it anyhwere else.
I can only repeat - every ECP file MUST NOT be released ANYWHERE ELSE than on FIFA ECP. Whether you gave credits or not, that doesnt matter! If we don't want that the file is released on your site you don't have the right to do that anyway. THIS is the point! But you don't seem to understand that ...
If we or the author give permission, our files can be released anywhere else, too. But nobody GAVE permission to you, and you released it anyway.

ECP makes stadiums since FIFA2000. I think we can say with ease we are a well respected editorgroup in the FIFA community.
Its not cool to steal others people work and put it on your own website.
Believe me it is "not done".
I really hope we do not have to take further steps to stop this nonsense.
So please for the sake of FIFA editing take those stadiums off your website !!
