FIFA Christmas Trees

Does the same thing happen to someone?
The problem is that the players'heads become Christmas trees, with little
shining dots.
It always happens except when I choose "cloudy weather". During "day" it is
less annoying because of the light but during the night it's rubbish.
The strange thing is that when I import "face" from FIFA 13 this doesn't
happen. It happens only with original "face" of FIFA 14.
I downloaded video card's updates, I've got a radeon 7950 boost ( so a good
video card), I reinstalled, I did everything but nothing changes.
Can anyone help me or tell me which is the problem?

I replied in the other thread but as it has its own heres what I posted:

I have this but I dont get it on higher res. I have it on my 1400x900 monitor around heads when playing but my 1600x monitor doesn't show this. Seems like its to do with scaling and also AA, I do have it switched off in nvidia settings and just use MSAA in EA setup. Try it the other way around, no MSAA & AA set in nvidia 3d settings or whichever card you have.

See how you go, can you up the res on your monitor to higher, what is it that you play at currently?

Its not directly becuase as soon as I downloaded the game my first launch ever in-game I got the AA flicker on outlines in game, no mods.

Seems certain light render or DOF can make it happen in combination, to me at least with lower res monitor.

I have highest resolution for my monitor (24) so i have the same problem any resolution, i try what you told me but nothing

when I import "face" from FIFA 13 this doesn't
happen. It happens only with face of FIFA 14, so for me the problem isnt MSAA o AA or my setting card..
other solutions?thanks

Looks like its some interpolation maybe on the new bump mapping with faces in 14 causing this AA corruption on edges? Looks like its a EA engine MSAA mapping issue only they will ever solve ... but dont.

Its per head specific im afraid, and I cant say thats deff it but as its shine around the head region and 14 introduced bump maps then I can only think of that.

Heres a test, download my sweat FX mod, this effects all heads/faces .. so if this helps lessen the shimmer effect on edges:

Install this becuase at least many faces will be better than vanilla and are 13 faces (so no outer shimmer effect) ... as a work around.

but i've already try your mod but the problem stay
and i've already installed the "1000 face pack from fifa 13" infact these faces are the only faces good without little
shining dots.
the problem are original fifa 14 faces, and it's very strange that when i play in cloudy weather before 18.00 the problem doesnt exist..it's very strange

Well I agree that its a render engine issue with faces coupled with lighting overcast, only EA could ever sort that out, so that means It wont

Best thing you can do is live with it or when starting a game flip it to rain or avoid overcast setting (and just keep looking out for more faces), buts that's about all. Its a shame becuase overcast looked superb in 13.

never mind....
i 'll convert all faces from fifa 13 or i'll always play during the day where is less annoying!
