I'm not sure if anyone else experiences this but...
I have all my settings on High.
When I'm playing my game runs smooth and fine, but in replays it's a bit skippy. I have found that if I Alt+Tab to desktop and back during a game, my game runs super smooth and looks better and the players look smoother with a slight blur to it all (which looks cool).
Does this happen for anyone else?
Anyone know how to permanently keep it looking the way it does after an Alt+Tab so I don't have to Alt+Tab every time I start a new game?

Windows XP
Pentium 4 2.8 GHz
Geforce 6800GT 256MB
2 Gig RAM
