It's because of the color type... If you want it short you'll have to change it in cm15

Change the collar type , go to CM15 , Kits , under the minikit tab youll find collar type with preview, change it how you want looking similar

Its because every collar type uses a different jersey model in game , so when you change collar type the sleeve lengths change accordingly to that model in game , if i am right as far as I know , you can try it out once

The body models u're using can only accommodate collar numbers 0 - 7 if I'm not mistaken. Real Madrid home kit uses the collar number 11 and this is why the sleeve length doesn't change.

Would you mind uploading the original Title update 8 kits & Minikits if you have them? And did you extract them yourself because they weren't uploaded anywhere on the site as far as I know?
