I'm not sure, but I think that the game will not show the national teams lining up before the game or play their national anthems unless they are in the league 78, but not sure what happens to teams in the World League section. Do you know what I mean, I think it might matter.

i get an error message when i try to unload the zip file, any one else get this?
- Altered all the database fields refering to the ECC, changed them to Champions League
- Altered all the database fields refering to the EFA, changed them to UEFA Cup
- Changed info in the startup screen (see screenshot yellow text)
I finished the english language. I can also do french, italian, spanish, german and dutch language references if needed. That is if you can use them for your CEP, if not np.
Very very interesting. The problem is the following: I have already two days more of hard work on the language database files, adding new teams. I'm planning to redo completely the Champions Cup and Uefa Cup and, having to expand both a lot, I will have to remove and redo them: this is why references to cups names it's not relevant actually (cause I'll have to redo them anyway). Instead I'm very interesting in the startup screen modification and in the translation of CEP for other languages, so if you can contact me privately (on msn) we can coordinate ourselves for including your modifications in next version. I send you an MP containing my msn contact.

Aren't the ingame already present ECC (CL) and EFA (UEFA) tournaments enough to just link to the new leagues/teams you include? Because if you are going to completely redo them, including references to existing career mode groups, sponsor awards, ect, and for example give them new database numbers, that will be tons of more work to do the translations afterwards, instead of just translating the existing lines in the other languages.db's.
Maybe I'm missing something obvious but I don't see the reason to complicate things more than needed? (In a translation point of view as to keep the patch doable for more language db's I mean)
As for the gameplay, toying around with the values and testing out the results, revived my lacking ambition of working further on my mod and eventualy release it on Breamster. It will be my original mod, not the mixed version, although I would like to keep your values for the ball speed, movement and friction if you see no objection. I might even make a CEP compatible version if I include your career.ini in the config.dat if people would like that.
Of course I'll mention you as the author of those values in my readme and installation texts.

it wont unzip from the zip file, how did i extract if from the zip file?
I added directly the xls file on my site. Open-source collaboration is very important for the success of such an ambitious project as CEP: so please feel free to contribute with plain textual rosters as shown in the excel file: this type of help is really precious and time-saving.

Is it possible the settings patch that ppl downloaded for the game to fix the menu problem could affect this download?
I didnt replace the files under fifafat or the zdata files, it works fine now? what do those files do anyway?
By the way, you should also do the swedish and Norway leagues, they have had their promotion and relegation already and you should make the adjustments in the game to refelct that, just a thought, thanks

Installation procedure is very simple: unrar the patch in the fifa directory and execute fatbhbhuilder.exe. That's all: you don't have to import anything, just overwrite existing files. Of which patch are you talking about? It it is the official patch of course it doesn't give any sort of problem to the CEP. You can contact me by private message or on CEP forum if you need further help.
