Well, in terms of teams requiring a patch...
way #1: 1 season 94-95 Blackburn Rovers EPL champs, maybe the years right before and after they also had a pretty interesting competitive team
distant #2: 4 seasons 96-99 DC United MLS champs (runners-up 98)
#3 & #4: Penarol (Uruguay) from their glory years maybe 1961
and Santos (Brazil, with Pele etc?) in their heyday 55-69 maybe 62 would be good - and these might be real great to play against one another too
various world cup national teams, England 66, Brazil 50's and 1970, Netherlands later at their height etc but I think the classic club teams are more interesting
but to be boring using the current game (and this only reflects how they play for the CPU)...

hey find it dif to creat one dam team uni Db its frustrating well made the the with those abv 30 players i mentioned go to see he team was not in the game spent 2 hrs in front of the PC it sucks now i use UNi db only to edit my squad add new players into the international squads i u got the patience try sending me that patch whith the team i mentioned

Patches and UniDB are for adding teams players (and kits and stuff) to the game that are not there. Squad Management is for doing what you want, taking the 30 highest-rated players in the game and putting them on a team (well, not actually, but you can certainly use it for that).
Squad Management is easy. Save asking for patches for stuff that is not currently already in the game to do. Heck even Santos is in the game and one could create Pele and buds and add them without ever doing a patch. Penarol would be another matter. So would adjusting the kits for the classic look.
But all that presumes a knowledge of those teams. I admit I certainly do not nearly enough to do that, would enjoy the result though. Maybe FIFA 2006 will have classic club teams of the past.
