Yeah, and just to originate this thread, I think I've got some great new ideas:
Bring back the indoor stadium.
Make screen faster.
Bring in the handball.
Bring back the dive button.

Not really, though, I think EA approach football games pretty badly, the way they seem to think the game plays and the way it should play it pretty bad.
That review a while ago, which said a lot of the changes are cosmic (don't really do anything) is true. Caue even though the ball doesn't stick to the players' feet as much, does it really make it hard to control the ball and twist and turn at super speeds? NO!
And even though the passing and shooting has changed, does it really make a great difference to the difficulty of the game? NO! If anything FIFA 2003 is easier to gain possession and get shots on goal then in FIFA 2002!
So there, that review was more accurate then I thought, the reviewer saw what the game REALLY was before truly playing it.
But that's the problem, at first EVERY FIFA game you play seems great, the best of the lot and then after about 2 months, it's crap!
