FIFA 2004 - teams .... ??

hey ive been reading about fifa 2004 on lots of sites but they al seem to say "The career mode now includes teams from the lower divisions".
I am in need of some more info !
does this mean the nationwide league division 1,2 and 3 ?? in particular !Cardiff City !
does anyone hav a team list ?
oh and wales always seem 2 be left out of the fifa games, will we be seeing them in the upcoming game ??
any responses will be most appreciated!

i think it includes divisions 1, 2 and 3.... probably at least 1 and 2

also this year i think ea have obtained the license for wales so they shud be in

dont take my word for it though

Pete I feel your pain! I was born in Cardiff, Wales and now live in Canada, so my only real football fix is fifa games, and I cant belieVe I can control Cardiff City and pound home goals with Earnshaw, Kavanaugh, Thorney!!! its great, im gonna play Man U first and take out the years of frustration on them!!

About Wales, I doubt they will be in the game, they never are.. but it would be great to create a player and have him play for Wales!!

Come on you bluebirds!!!!!!

mate, i hope the welsh league int on it cos then they might as well have the papa new guinean league as well. :crazyboy: i think cardiff although :f***: will be on cos i read that you can play tranmere v man u so it must go down to the div 3 teams which includes the mighty HULL CITY.:rockman:
