the spanish national team has always been better than Portugal, I didnt say Portugal did not have good players, but you look too much in the past, and you can not live from the past, right now last world cup which is what counts, Spain finished 5th, USA 8th, and portugal went home in the first round.

Now you are not even talking about the same thing you started talking about, what does Athletic Bilbao have to do with Portugal. And the spanish league is 20 times better than the portuguese, how many portuguese teams are in quaterfinals of champions league?

How many Spanish teams are semi-finals of UEFA Cup. The Portuguese clubs don't have that amount of money that Spanish clubs appear to have.

Your League is very strong because you have great foreign players, inclunding Portuguese...the only Spanish player that could be in 10+ is Raul. So, your National team isn't that good!!!!!

Bud, don't waste your time. He won't even admit soccer and football are the same game so he's not going to admit that he thinks the USA are anything other than the worst soccer team in the world.

Common sense and logic only work on the non-ignorant and non-arrogant otherwise you can provide all the proof in the world for your case and it'll still be wrong in his eyes because he believes what he says IS THE TRUTH and anybody who disagrees with him (even if it's 99% of this forum who know there's no difference between soccer and football) must be wrong.

But hey dude, the Potugese under 5 team beat the Mongolian under 4 team last week so you can't possibly disagree that Portugal is the greatest team ever and this conclusively proves our US national team must be crap.

Look dude, I totally agree with you that Portugal are a good team and as I said before, they were one of my favourites to do well in the World Cup before they crashed out. I'm not saying they are a bad team.

I also agree that Konami make the best gameplay and in comparison FIFA sucks, ok. I bought a PS2 especially to play WE6.

If you check the ISS/PES/WE forum you will see there are plenty of Americans who love the Konami games and hate FIFA becasue of it's lack of realism.

Just accept it bud, soccer is the same thing as football. there are plenty of Americans who know nothing about the game but there are plenty who do too. Look at the FIFA 2003 forum. It's full of mainly Europeans spending their life making the 19th Beckham face of the week!

I've had it with the arguing already. If you don't wanna accept that soccer = football = futbol = whatever else the game is called around the world then fine but don't bother dragging politics into it.

...you never read anything about my support(?????) of Iraqi army agains America/UK forces. indeed, i once wrote, here in Soccergaming forum that i SUPPORT ofensive against SADDAM HUSSEIN BRUTAL REGIME!!!!!! That's why i edit my reply...it's a too seroius matter, the issue of the war in Iraq!!!!!! :( :( :(
